Original voice of ACDC, Dave Evans, rocked the Rockpile April 26, 2019

Another explosive production graced the infamous Toronto hot spot and live music concert hall as the Rockpile showcased the originating voice of AC/DC Dave Evans.  lit the stage ablaze with the North American Tribute Act Hells Bells Canada.   I had a blast capturing Jamie Bath on bagpipes alongside Hells Bells as they kicked off their stellar 25th celebration.

I was spellbound by the legendary rock trailblazer, Dave Evans as they strolled us through an impressive chunk of rock n roll history with Dave Evans originals while he paid homage to first ever released AC/DC hits during an up-close rare and personal performance featuring 3/4 of the members of Canada's longest-running AC/DC Tribute-Hells Bells Canada with Chris Tomchak on lead guitar, Sean Taylor on rhythm guitar, drummer Franklin Wyles and bassist Mark Smalczewski.

To capture the truest essence of iconic Dave Evans is like capturing an infinite measure, both a creative workbook and an authoritative reference. His stage presence is profoundly moving & a pertinent one with his volcanic stamina and impeccable shape, nonstop passionate energy.  Dave's grandiose stage presence with his overpowering expression of his musical indentation, was never idle throughout his performance projecting that signature Dave Evans and AC/DC flavor.

They ripped into the 1st & 2nd debut ACDC songs ever recorded with Dave Evans back in 74: Can I Sit Next to You Girl and Rockin in the Parlour. Take Me Down Again followed right into Go Wild, Sold My Soul To Rock N Roll, Rock n Roll or Bust with covers House of the Rising Son and Baby Please Don't Go (by Joe Williams/Muddy Waters). The audience went crazy on TNT, Highway To Hell, and Let There Be Rock with an explosive ENCORE Whole Lotta Rosie.
