make up one of the highly sought after live band who are multi award winning one of the longest touring big hair rock legends to date. Poison who started as a street level independent band has remained one of the music industry’s top acts to date possessing some of the world's greatest hits including "Nothin’ But A Good Time," "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," "Talk Dirty To Me," "Unskinny Bop" and "Something To Believe In" and so much more.

Since their debut in 1986, they have released multi platinum album sales with seven studio albums, four live albums, five compilation albums, and have issued 28 singles to radio amasing over 40 million records/dvds worldwide.   Most recently, according to drummer, Rikki Rockett, POISON will hit the road in 2026 to commemorate their major milestone: 40th anniversary of their debut album, Look What the Cat Dragged In.  The album, released in 1986, catapulted Poison into the spotlight and helped shape the glam metal scene of the ’80s. Now, nearly four decades later, the band is gearing up to relive those iconic moments with fans on what could be a truly unforgettable tour.

This tour will be a full-circle moment for Poison, celebrating the album that featured hits like “Talk Dirty to Me,” “I Want Action,” and “Cry Tough,” all of which became anthems of the glam rock era. The original lineup of Bret Michaels, Rikki Rockett, Bobby Dall, and C.C. DeVille has been known for delivering high-energy performances, complete with pyrotechnics, confetti, and the wild spirit that defined their shows in the ’80s and ’90s. Their potential return to the road has fans reminiscing about those days and ready to make new memories in 2026.

Rockett, now 63, hinted that fans might see “a minimum of 40 shows” as part of the tour—though he left open the possibility for even more dates. A tour of this size could easily take them across major cities, hitting both arenas and possibly even stadiums. Whether they’re headlining solo or joining a powerful multi-band lineup, Poison‘s 40th-anniversary tour is shaping up to be a major event that both longtime fans and new listeners won’t want to miss.

Stay tuned and hopefully, they will come to Ontario and close enough for Peterborough fans to go get their Poison on.  I know I will be there how bout it Ann Wilson, let's do this!
